Ugh, I can't avoid posting the gain any longer. At least today it's only a 2.6 lb gain instead of a 4.6 lb gain. I had well over 100 oz of water yesterday and had hoped for better results. Regardless, I'm sticking to it. Exercizing close to bedtime is having less of a negative impact on my sleep now, which is nice. I may be hitting a turning point where the anticipated guilt from not exercising is plenty of motivation to get off the sofa. Hooray!
112.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 45.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
