Well day two back on track and I'm starting to feel more in control again. I splurged on half a cheese danish last night (by the way: YUM!) but still managed to keep myself below 1300 calories.

I'm off work today so I'm going off to Pike Place market. Hopefully I will fill up on yummy fruits and veggies and not on the delicious pastries and cheeses.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
