After a day back on track and only eating about 1250 cal yesterday I am down .8 lb. Hopefully it's not all water weight. Sometimes I can vary a pound or two if I drink too much or too little water the day before.
At least I work today. I seem to have an easier time staying within my calorie budget when I have work to keep me busy.
