Measurements that I want to reduce:

Belly (measured at belly button) 44"
Right upper thigh 25"

Lose not just "weight", but preserve / build muscle and lose the fat.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
