This morning the scale was my friend. I went down a pound! I drank so much water yesterday that I thought I would float away! But I want to make that 200 mark so bad. Its frustrating to be moving to slowly but it is coming off. Patience is not my best vertue. But I am trying. Now if I could just do something about this belly! It is getting smaller but its still a pouch and hanging around!! Really gross!!!

A total of 33 pounds lost since March. I'm really impressed that I've done what I have. I think my positive attitude is helping me alot. If I want something I have it. But now at this point I don't have so much. I know that I'm moving slower because of it. But maybe this is the way for me.

Wow these vitamins are making me really chatty! But I love the energy they are giving me!
93.0 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

way to go on the weight loss...yes patience is something that you need alot of..when it comes to stayin on healthy food and exercise...keep it up ..your doing great...

I can't wait to get to 199 just to be below that 200 mark. I know exactly how you feel. 33 lb. weight loss is a big accomplishment. Congratulations!!!!!!!

Sorry to tell you, but, at least for me, the belly just got more and more disgusting as the weight came off. I looked fantastic in my clothes, but underneath the designer belt, the skin on my tummy resembled a record-size prune! I told dh that he better be grateful for his 5 kids because everyday I had to get out of the shower and see in the mirror the consequences of all those pregnancies!

I have lost almost 50 lbs, since joining in june at 234lbs. My belly is not great, but everyday it gets a little better, i think. I have 18 month old twins, so i have "seersucker" stretch marks, the ones that go both up and down and side to side (so I kinda have a flannel or gingham look, with added texture!). the stretch marks weren't so noticeable when I was rounder, but now it isn't exactly what I wanted. But I have noticed that as my tummy gets leaner and abs stronger (exercise), that it is looking better. I have a long pouchy tummy still,but not so bad. Good luck and just work on your exercising, it'll help.
