Well I think I have found my happy medium. I am watching my sugar intake and keeping it below 15g per day. However as being carb sensitive I was not losing weight allowing myself the amount of carbs on the fat belly diet so I have cut my carbs back to the 40-60g per day total. I am back to absolutely no breads or pasta.
114.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 46.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
