Christmas saw me gain my 20 pounds back that I had lost up until that point--I had gotten to 160 off site. So, I'm watching my weight again. Lent will see me return to a strict diet of no animal products that I started last summer, and fell off of mid-November. But I'm already heading off the meat where it doesn't conflict with my family too much. I'll also stay away from the empty carbs.
I hope I can make my goal this year!
