Revised my goal and established some mini-goals this morning after doing some BMI checks. At 235 pounds I will have dropped out of the extremely obese category with a BMI of 40 and can start seeing my progress charted on the BMI graph for Wii Fit. The down side is that it means I also had to adjust my goal weight to 148 as that is the most I can weight and be in the "Desirable" category. It seems like such a long way away, but I know I can do it. On a positive note, it makes 202 lbs my halfway mark, which doesn't seem quite so far away.
In any case, I'm making progress and I believe that by my next medical check-up on Valentine's Day that I will have suitably impressed my doctor. Now I need to stop obsessing over the numbers and calculations and get off my rump and exercise.
Today I have planned to do some necessary grocery shopping, house cleaning, help the hubby clean out the gutters on the house, and have some friends over for board games and dinner tonight.
