Today is Day 3 of induction and as of this morning I have lost 3.4 lbs!! I feel really good. I did have a terrible headache yesterday, but overall I'm feeling amazing!

Good job. Try chicken broth for the headache. Most of the headaches during induction are caused by an imbalance of electrolytes. The clear broth w/ sodium helps to correct most of this. Good luck.
