What a bad week. Been on holiday with some eaters where my food was not really in my control (well most of it, I could obviously not have drunk a bottle of prosecco at least two nights in a row and that Brie could easily have stayed on the plate!!). I will suck it up as it is only 2.2lb up and get back to normal this week.
