Decided to do a mid week weigh in...loss of 2 pounds so far! hopefully that 2 pounds can turn into a 4 pound loss by the end of this week!
89.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
