Weigh in at home was 153. Weigh in at WW was 155.6. Persistence is the name of the game. I feel like this is a lifestyle I can incorporate for the long term. Enjoying some of my favorite foods and not feeling deprived is the key. It really is all about portion control - something I have always struggled with!
