My goal was to stay under 140 lbs. over the holidays - all that turkey and cookies :) I was very relieved to come back and see that I was 138! I started the couch to 5k as well. I have exertional induced asthma so I'm getting another inhaler to get past the first few weeks while my body gets used to running again. I have gained muscle in my legs from the running (I gain muscle quickly) which is to be expected so that should account for some of the .5 lb gain.

Considering all of the festivities, I stuck to the diet pretty well in the sense of eating healthiest options and small portions, with low calorie snacks throughout the day and tried to still drink my 72 oz of water.

I'm super excited because my husband is joining me in the the get fit efforts :) We'll be heading to the gym today and eating healthy each meal :))

Oh and I got celebratory new running shoes to inspire the trek to 5k :)
62.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
