im actually liking the gym now =) I hada free training session...and learned how 2 use a few new machines...andim determined 2 eat more veggies n fish!!! went n tried on bathng suits....im making good progress but i need more work....as i write im starving....gonna eat some carbs and head 2 the gym =).....cant wait to be in the 170s again
