IT's o.k. you are not alone my friend... I actually weighed in at 145 this morning ..... back where I started, ugh! We can do it though, let's just stop giving into temptation and do something about what we don't like! I know it's hard b/c I seem to mess up more than I do good but I know there is only one way to get rid of these negative feelings and that's to stop messing up. I am just going to tell myself NO, I'll just treat myself like a child if I have to and realize what the root of my problem is and it's really too much food! Let's just stop right now and reconnect with ourselves! Dig deep into your inner strength and put it to use, I know that's what I intend on doing, starting today!!!!!!! I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE ON THIS PATH. The longer we put it off, the more weight we're gonna have to shift, ya know? Just tell yourself, "It Stops Right Here, Right Now" and mean it when you say it.. don't let your old habits interfere with where you want to go! I am here anytime you need to vent, but I say, Let's just go for it!!!!
