I haven't checked in in awhile but still working on losing weight. Looks like I've dropped 10 lbs since last weigh in. It's not been easy. Started playing tennis with a friend twice a week.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
