So glad I lost 3 .lbs this week. I've been working hard to stay on track and balance my carbs and fiber intake. I envy those people who are reporting 10 lb losses in week 1 of the BFC plan. But am happy to be losing weight again. I think I've lost 2 inches from my waist. I now have more clothes to wear, since there were several pairs of pants I just couldn't squeeze into before.
OK. so 140 .lbs here I come....
