Wow! AFter 5 days on vacation and snacking and chocolates and donuts and I don't know what else, oh yeah plenty of beer and wine..................... .4 lb loss!!! I am so happy to not have to AGAIN lose what I had already lost but regained! I attribute it to not sitting down much for 5 days. I drove 7 hours 2 of those days, did my exercises the first day I was there, even got my cardio in, but then after that it was pretty much house cleaning constantly and helping my sister move. BUT evidently it was enough!
