i was hoping for a little more but i'll take a loss of 1.6, i had worked the night before weigh in and was drinking coffee all night. i just don't think that the weeks i work that i'll have a good weigh in, just gotta make the opposite week count i guess, at least i had a loss, hope to keep the momentum going!
