progress is slow this last month. i just have not had the energy, so, just not pushing it as long as not cosistantly gaining. seems that size is a little down. maybe my body is just in adjustment mode. at any rate , i have the rest of my life to do this.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
