Progress but slow... Post-lebaran-syndrome... Ahhahaha
122.7 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 37.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Kalkulator aja Kebutuhan kalori dasar saya 2700 kkal per hari. Asupan kalori saya tahan max 1000-1200 kkal per hari. Caranya ya semua makanan dihitung kalorinya, alhasil sy makan hnya 1x sehari (kentang, sayur ditimbang hnya direbus tanpa bumbu tanpa minyak, lauk di micro tnpa tambahan apa2, pagi buah apel 1 biji, sore buah lg, itu aja sdh 800 kkal). Tanpa olahraga saja, pasti kalori sy minus, yg diperlukan 2700, asupan hanya 1000, defisit 1700 kkal per hari, defisit itu pasti akan bakar lemak sy (loss weight), perhari akan loss weight 1700/9 gram. Ternyata betul terjadi. Hah
