ya , no change .drinking a lot of no calorie fluids . i know,i know should be just water . mowed the back yard before the rain yesterday. the sunflowers along the fence look pretty bad , rain knocked many down so pulled them out .bottom of fence really damp pre moldy dug it out exposed it to air willspray with cleaner and paint. that will be good exercise. right?
