5 pounds in 5 days --> CRAZY! My plan was estimated to lose a pound every 4-5 days but I guess because it is the first of the diet that my body is losing more? I eating 1000-1200 each day and never going hungry so I know it is healthy. I'm in a wedding party tonight and have a size small dress so PRAISE THE LORD! :)
63.1 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
