I have been diligent .. I went to bed last night thinking of a number, and woke up this morning thinking of a number. So, I was elated to see that number on the scale after having bounced back and forth between the same two numbers for over a week! It's going to be a great day kids!
138.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 73.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
