I have been bouncing around this 307-308 number for a week now .. Time to change things up and get past this little plateau. I really thought going for the walk with my husband last night would help, but it ended up not being as much of a walk as I thought it would. And it was H-O-T with a stagnant, no air moving, kind of feeling. Bleh!

I would look at your diet. Are you tracking your foods? Are you eating more than normal? Are you staying hydrated? Changing things up is good. Kick up your activity. Change up your foods. Get in your water, etc.

Hi Suzi - I have been watching my diet to see where/how I might be failing. I believe that adding more water and kicking up activity is going to be key now. Fingers crossed, next week is going to be a knockout. :)
