While I have yet to reach my goal of 185, I have broke through the 188 barrier. I had attained this weight a couple months ago when I was trying to skip breakfast to lose weight, just before heading back up to 192. I also received a compliment from the 24 hour fitness check in girl on how my fitness program is showing progress. That made me feel good and motivated to keep going.
