Saturday... I was playing board games with the family last night and opened two bags of chips. I started picking my favorite pieces out of one bag but wasn't really satisfied with the chips so I went and got some left over Halloween candy. I started to eat the candy and ohhhhh how yummy it tasted, enjoying every piece I ate. I ate so much that I started to feel sick and then the feeling of remorse set in. I was so very upset with myself for not being able to keep control and that I was never going to be able to lose this weight.... then I woke up and realized that it was all JUST A NIGHTMARE!! I can't express how relieved I was after I woke up knowing it was just a dream and that I hadn't really eaten any of it! LOL
