One week of eating right and only going to the gym 1 day b/c I was sick worked out for me... 3pounds down and 7 to go to hit my monthly goal of 10 a month..

YEAH!! :)

Started Low Carb today!!!
130.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
