So another day down and another .5 inch off my waist. I am currently sitting at 198lbs, 15 inch neck and 38.5 waist. I am remaining steady at 198lbs. Stubborn fat I will get you. 8lbs to go. I am hoping my abs will start to show a little more than what they are.

89.8 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
