Getting back on track passed almost all my challened, sad that I'm so broke that my main staples are canned soup and noodles! definitely doesn't help, need a job!

- Not sure bout my calorie intake haven't had dinner yet will be eating it much later today :(
- Drank all my water
- Having Alot of trouble keeping my sodium low and my protein high :) gotta keep on working on that! Once I have $$$ for decent groceries
- the 100 abs doesn't specify what ab work to do ... so i did 100 crunchs!
Tomorrow icky Doctor's appt, won't say what's happening but I definitely will not be in any exercising shape tomorrow except in the morning atleast I can check my weight:) ! ahh morning when I'll be running my first run in week 2 of the c25k! Woot!Woot!
