very very upset that i am up this week and i have no idea why. i didnt go out of my point value at all this week but whatever i guess i should just move on. its funny because the first thing i said to my mom this morning was i feel heavy and i guess its true because i GAINED almost 2 pounds!!!!!!!!!!! this is not the direction i planned on going so i'll just have to do better next week.
