I didn't get a chance to journal yesterday. Thanksgiving day was a great day spending time with my hubby. I did indulge in our Thanksgiving dinner. It was delicious. Yesterday, I walked about 7 miles with my dogs and at Wal-Mart. I also ate pretty good. Today, I plan on walking with the dogs again and watching my food intake. I still have my week goal in mind. 147 here I come!! :-)
