Yesterday was a good day, but I forgot to log my weight. We had our weekly conference at work. Some of the people brought veggie trays and chex mix. I was tempted to eat some chex mix, because everyone was saying how good it was, but I did not. This morning I did a resistance training program. I will walk in a bit with my mom. Today will be a great day!! I am still keeping portion-control in my mind as tomorrow is Thanksgiving day. Yikes!! I will report frequently during this four day weekend, because I know there will be several temptations to eat lots. I still plan on meeting my goal of 147. :-)
