I am so glad that I didn't give in to temptation yesterday. I know that pizza and ice cream idea would have been satisfying momentarily, but I would not be happy this morning. Instead, I am proud of myself and feel better today that I was able to exercise self-control. Today, I plan to stay strong and resist the temptation to eat, eat, eat. I need to think about what are the end results and how disappointed I will feel the next morning.
