its okay to mess up once in a while...you are only human. don't be too hard on yourself. may I ask what meal/diet plan you are following? sometimes I think the reason we "fall" is because we are too strict with our meal plans, change too many things too quickly, don't exercise and/or don't allow for cheat meals/days so that you don't feel deprived. This is not the end of the story of your life...it is merely a chapter and one which you can move past and rewrite the next chapter. My humble advice to you is to start making changes SLOWLY and those small changes will in turn add up and become the change you want....e.g. try for the next few days to eat a healthy and filling breakfast...after you have that sorted you can try adding healthy& yummy lunches...before you know it you will start noticing a difference. When it comes to snacks- its a personal choice.try browsing the site and ask questions...so many people on this site have gone through what you are going through and may hold the answers you seek...some are on weight watchers, sureslim, weigh less, LCHF, atkins, 5:2 diet and etc...all you need to do is find what works for you all the best with your journey and know that you are not alone

Nicki225 is right... change one thing at a time. Start this week with a healthy breakfast and see how it goes.

Take it one day at a time and set yourself small, attainable goals. And don't stress if something does not going according to plan, it will work out in the end.
