Recovering from a cold haven't done any exercise for the past 4 days but I'm happy my weight stayed the same alas having to drink cough mixture and lozenges I drank lots of water too and kept my low carb eating in check... I guess it also helped that I didn't have much of an appetite so was eating very little just to take medication .....looking forward to this great week I'm feeling much better so tomorrow morning will be walking my 5km again .....yessss
