It's time to try something new... All I've managed to accomplish in the past few months is a LOT of fluctuating... So, I'm making new goals for myself and I'm going to follow them. I'm going on a cruise in June, and I will reach my new goal by then.
Starting Weight (today): 219.2 By Thanksgiving - 215 By Christmas - 210 By Jan. 17th - 205 By Feb. 14th - 199 By March 9th - 194 By April 21st - 185 By May 17th - 180 By June 3rd - 175 Ending Weight: 175
Although I would ultimately like to get down to 160 (2 lbs less than when I started dating my boyfriend 3 years ago), I will be very very happy to reach 175 by the time of my cruise.
As of right now, I am absolutely, 100% determined to do this.
