Happy Monday Fatsecret! I am up nearly half a pound today, and I know why. We had leftover cheesecake in our fridge and I caved big time last night. I was so good during the day too. We went to On the Border (Mexican restaurant) for lunch and I did NOT have a margarita, or any chips, and I ate my chicken and veggies straight up (I didn't wrap them in the tortillas my meal came with). We were there to watch the Ravens game. And the Ravens won so I was very happy about that! :)
We went to Sam's Club yesterday so I could buy a bunch of healthy things in bulk in preparation for my new semester of school, which starts today. I have class from 4 PM- 8:45 PM on Mondays, so tonight will be brutal. Blah. I overslept this morning; meant to get up at 6 AM to get a good start on my day but I guess I forgot to re-program the alarm because I didn't wake up til 7!
My exercise tapes and equipment (arm bands, medicine ball) are scheduled to be delivered today! I'm so excited to try everything out. I know I will have to be a morning exerciser or by the time I get home from class I will be too tired and not do it. I will have to play around w/ times to see when I need to get up in order to work everything into my schedule.
EATING: Coffee with milk Chicken Fajita w/ mixed veggies + Pinot Grigio TWO SLICES OF CHEESECAKE-- UGH! :( Fudgsicle
WATER: I did not drink enough water yesterday. I maybe had 2 glasses.
EXERCISE: Walk with dogs, spent a lot of time walking around Sam's Club
THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY: 1) Getting to work earlier today than I have in months, which means I can leave earlier as well 2) A fridge full of healthy food choices 3) The fresh start of new school semester
