Started using Lose It! To track weight. I do like this for a lifetime journal.
I was doing really good up until January and I weighed about 160
Then got depressed and stressed from life and school
Started eating candy and sugar for temporary happiness
Wasn't a good choice, now I just kinda feel like crap at 175 midday closer to 180
Can't fit I'm clothes anymore
Change is needed

Well done for recognizing the culprits too especially the stress and depression. Find a way to handle those and it will be easier to deal with the cravings. You can lose those kgs - You've done it before...all the best!
