Feeling so demotivated, I watch all the gym pages on FB with the models and it makes me wonder if my simple gains even mean much, or am I just fooling myself?
70.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You are fooling yourself. My body does not look like next girls body. We are built differently. If anything, compare before and current photo's. It is YOU that matters, and not the airbrushed, tanned models on FB posts.

remember the girls in the gym pages the photo shoot type is alot out into before they do a show for example they take water tablets for a week as water lies between the muscles..... out of season thlse women do not look like that.....
