Been a hard week with the new training of weights for strengh and cardio, back to banting cutting all sugar and carbs. Hope all goes well the weekend

Try have carbs around your training sessions. I eat my oats after my morning cardio, and then a banana before my weight training. You need to fuel those workouts.

I am on banting, no carbs allowed, strict High Fat low Carb

I'm on semi banting , I also have oats and banana after a workout . Then no carbs for other meals and snacks .
