Yeah boy! It was beautiful thing to see that on the scale this morning! I didn't go to the gym last night, because my brother came in town last night. But I was able to do some housework last night & some shopping and that was getting my body moving. Tonight, is usually family dinner night at my sister's but she's out of town. I'm going to try to go the gym tonight or if not early tomorrow morning. I feel great!
