tout doucement....j'ai l'impression d'être un escargot !! entre la lenteur de la perte de poids et toute la salade que je mange...
Bonnes fêtes à tous ...... sans chocolat ou alors essayez le cacao cru c'est super bon et beaucoup moins calorique
