Went to fitness park again this morning,and did 14 laps around track using my 2 lb hand weights. 6 more laps than yesterday. Upper arms are pretty sore today from upper body exercises yesterday. Also did 2 sets of 60 second upper body cycling.
134.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
