wow. last week end I ate very poorly and shot up to 239.5. at my Monday morning weigh in. I ate cheese burgers on Saturday and Sunday and I ate two individual portion pecan pies fit some reason as well. the rest of the week I ate mostly vegetables and egg whites and worked out every day during the week. I really need to keep off anything with wheat in it because I felt sick until about Wednesday.
104.1 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
