Great! The first bit of weight is usually water and all, always fun at the beginning as you lose weight easy. But this is still a great win! Have you measured yourself?

I have yes, but only on Monday. Trying to weigh and measure once a week but today that scale just tempted me :-)

Wha ha ha i know how you feel! I try my best to stay off the scale... but its just so good to see whats going on. I look forward to your results next week.

YAY me too... Even though its just water, still feels great :-) I know once the water is lost, its going to be way less but I am seriously exited to see the weigh in monthly. Cant wait :-)

Weight will fluctuate daily. Choose 1 day in the week that u want to weigh-in officially and record on that day every week. I weigh everyday and sometimes update my journal with unofficial weight numbers :) I weigh in on Thursday mornings.

Hey Nicky, great stuff.. always great to see ourselves dropping the kgs. I agree that it is water weight and that is always first to go but, remember that you need to drink lots of water, at least 2l a day as this will seriously aid your metabolism. I agree, weigh once a week on the same scale and at the same time or as close to as you can. You are doing great!!
