Well, well, well...the day has arrive where I have reached under 90 Kilograms. A very proud day for me!! This week has been a very full one socially, so there were quite a few times where I had to improvise on food choices. Good or bad decisions on that day didn't alter my mindset. I have the goal posts in my sights and I'm aiming for the winning goal. Each week that I see the scale numbers adjust downwards just reinforces my actions. Clean healthy living has way too many benefits. My hair, skin and body are loving my healthy eating plan....quite frankly....so am I.
