I guess I need to update my diet.

I've given up meat during the week. I eat egg whites and a bit of cheese for protein.

That and I've upped my gym time to 4 times a week for the last 3 weeks.
104.8 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
