Temen ada yang bawa oleh2 geplak dan ampyang, dan rasanya enak, hajar 10 biji. dan kemarin iseng beli susu, tapi kandungan karbo dan gulanya tinggi banged ternyata sedang proteinnya sedikit. anyway, Semoga massa otot yg bertambah bukan lemak. :D
