Been eating lots of carbs and not tracking anything but still doing okay. Not eating only potatoes but mainly potatoes or sweet potatoes. It actually has helped me avoid a lot of junk because they're so satisfying. I could rock with any diet that lets me have unlimited baked fries and Siracha. 👍 not a huge loss but I'm also not exercising just going to work. I'll be kicking it up this week and getting my butt moving a bit more.
